We have installed a second line in the Richmond plant that will offer the capability to produce up to 7 million cases of 24 packs or 168,000,000 bottles of Carbonated and Non Carbonated beverage. Product can be produced in either Glass bottles or PET and many different sizes as well. Initial trials on this new line began in May 2003 and regular production has now started. This new line offers North American Bottling, the bottling division of Leading Brands the versatility to be a one stop shop to many companies requiring bottling services as we can now produce Beverages requiring - Cold Fill, Hot fill, Glass, PET, Foil Pouches, Single Serve, Multi Serve, Carbonated, Non Carbonated, and now ready to drink Alcoholic too. With the growth planned through initiatives such as this, we only see a very positive picture in the immediate and future years to come. |
